We do not complete or submit OT Compact privilege applications on anyone's behalf; the Commission requires the licensee to do so. Eligibility, approval decisions, and processing timelines are determined solely by the applicable state boards and the Compact Commission; outcomes and timelines vary by applicant and are not guaranteed.
