Who we serve
White Glove OT handles licensing for occupational therapists and OTAs, from a first license to licenses in other states and OT Compact privileges. The Commission requires you to file each privilege yourself, so we prepare you and sit with you while you do. Payer enrollment and billing are handled by our White Glove sister teams.
The OT Compact
OT Compact Readiness Review
$149 one-time
Before you spend anything: whether your home state is issuing privileges, whether your license and record qualify, which target states are live, and which add a jurisprudence exam. Where a privilege will not work, we tell you which license will. Credited in full toward the privilege concierge or your license application if you go ahead.
Compact Privilege Concierge, First State
$299 per privilege
The Commission requires you to complete and pay for the privilege application yourself, so we do everything around it: the eligibility audit, the FBI background check through your home board, jurisprudence prep, a guided CompactConnect session with you at the keyboard, and renewal tracking.
Each Additional Compact Privilege
$149 per privilege
More privileges in the same session. Once your home file is verified, each extra state is mostly its fee and any jurisprudence exam, so it costs less.
State Licenses
License by Endorsement (OT)
$599 per state
For occupational therapists licensed in another state, in any state that endorses. We send your NBCOT score and verifications, check the state's extra requirements, and file the application end to end.
License by Endorsement (OTA)
$499 per state
The same service for occupational therapy assistants, including the supervision paperwork some states require before you start work.
Full State License Application (OT)
$749 per state
For first licenses and for California, New York, Texas and Florida, which are not compact states and evaluate the whole file. We screen your NBCOT status, education and record before you pay a non-refundable fee, then file and carry the board correspondence.
Full State License Application (OTA)
$649 per state
The full application for occupational therapy assistants, first license or a state that evaluates the whole file.
Exams and Credentials
Jurisprudence & State Law Exam Support
$249 per state
Several states test OTs on their own practice act, for a license or a compact privilege. We register you, prepare you on that state's rules and file the result.
California Advanced Practice Approval
$349 per area
California requires separate board approval for hand therapy, physical agent modalities and swallowing. We assemble your training and supervised hours and file the approval.
School Credential Add-On
$249 per state
Some states require a separate school credential for OTs working in public schools, such as New Jersey's school OT endorsement and Wisconsin's school license. We file it alongside your state license.
Renewals
Annual Renewal & CE Compliance
$299 per license, per year
Every license renews on its own date with its own continuing competence rules, and compact privileges renew with your home license. We keep one calendar for all of them, log CE against each state's requirements and file ahead of every deadline.
Document & Logistics Support
Fingerprint Coordination
$75–$150 per state
Scheduling and routing of fingerprint-based background checks, including out-of-state hard-card processing and the FBI check a compact privilege needs.
Notarization & Identity Verification
$75 flat
Coordination of notarized forms and identity verification where a board requires them in wet-ink or remote-online form.
Courier & Rush Document Handling
$50–$150
Tracked courier handling for sealed transcripts, notarized forms, and anything a board insists on receiving on paper.
Important Fee Notice
(Prices above do not include the following)
The prices listed above are our service fees only. Costs paid directly to third parties are set by the boards, NBCOT and the Compact Commission and change from time to time, so we confirm them at intake:
- State license and application fees: vary by board, are non-refundable, and are charged again at each renewal.
- NBCOT fees: for score transfers to a new board and for certification renewal.
- Jurisprudence exam fees: where a state charges separately for its own law exam.
- Compact fees: the Commission fee and each state's privilege fee, paid by you in CompactConnect.
- Official transcripts: charged by your OT program; most boards require them sent directly.
- Fingerprinting: state vendor fees, and more for out-of-state hard-card processing.
